Cashy-POS does not depend of an internet connection because this cash register is not a cloud application but running completely independent on your device.
Neverless, ther are some functions needing an internet connection:
- Exporting reports is using the mail functionality of the iPad to send you a message. No internet > the mail sent will not leave your device until it is online again
- Same when trying to send close-day/month/year reports by mail or uploading them to a ftp-server located in the internet
- Payment options like Square,SumUp, iZettle, etc. are requiring an internet connection to verify the credit card data
